We love helping our infants with supervised tummy time. It helps strengthen their neck, shoulders, and arm muscles so they can start to sit up, crawl, and eventually walk on their own. A work in progress for a goal worth waiting for!

When children build puzzles, their eyes send information about shapes and images to their brain, which interprets it. This process, called visual perception, helps them understand how pieces fit together to form the whole picture.
